Kokoro (Japanese: 心) means “heart; mind; spirit”
This blog was founded by writer Christine Wehrmeier to celebrate the values of wholehearted living.
How do we define wholehearted living? It’s living authentically and true to ourselves. It requires vulnerability and courage. It means shaking off the tight shoes of identity, ego and others expectations of us. But by daring to be true to ourselves we also give permission to others to be true to themselves also. Collectively we can change the world.
Welcome to the Kokoro Collective.
